Delivery and returns

Delivery Policy

  1. The order will be shipped within 72 business hours of its placement and payment.

  2. Delivery is made exclusively via courier.

  3. Due to the international nature of shipments, transport time is up to 3 business days.

  4. Each shipment is trackable; tracking data is provided to the customer after the parcel is shipped.

  5. Delivery is always free.

Returns Policy

  1. The products are manufactured individually to the Customer's order and are therefore not subject to standard withdrawal from the contract.

  2. Returns are only possible in the event of manufacturing defects or damage occurring before delivery.

  3. Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, attaching photographic documentation of the defect.

  4. After positive verification of the application, the Customer will receive a refund or the order will be re-processed.

  5. Returning the defective product is not required unless indicated in the complaint process.

  6. Returns are not accepted for damage resulting from improper use or customer action.

  7. All complaints should be submitted via email in accordance with the instructions on the store's website.
